Participate in Initial Dex Offerings (aka IDOs) via our Launchpad, stake SWAPPY to invest in the hottest projects exclusively on MTVSwap.

The main goal of MTVSwap is to provide all the tools and solutions currently required to accelerate the growth of the MultiVAC ecosystem. This goal will be furthered through the new MTVSwap launchpad, which will enable rapid and straightforward participation in IDOs for all community members - without requiring whitelisting, KYC or token staking.

In this way, we will provide an easy-to-use platform that allows EVERYONE to participate in funding the development and launch of new projects for the MultiVAC ecosystem. Participants will simply just require a wallet with:

• SWAPPY; for purchasing the new token in the IDO

• MTV; for gas fees of the IDO transactions

In all IDOs hosted by MTVSwap, a 1% fee will be covered by participants. For example, if participants chose to invest $100 USD in the IDO project at a price of $1 per token, they will receive 99 tokens in total.

The specific terms of each IDO will vary on a case-by-case basis. Each project will be required to pre-specify the terms of their IDO with regards to:

• Total size of raise in $

• MIN/MAX buy per wallet

• Vesting Schedule

The MTVSwap team conducts a series of standard checks when vetting the projects featured on our launchpads. However, MTVSwap’s hosting of an IDO does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation for any project, and participants remain wholly responsible for their own investment decisions. Therefore, we remind all participants to DYOR, and make their decisions based on that.

20% of fees generated by launchpad will be sent to burn address.
